What happened?

Where did the last four months go?

COVID-19 happened.

With the whole world reeling from this pandemic, Buffalo wings quickly became an afterthought, of course.

With much of Canada gradually re-opening, The Wingophile enjoyed a socially-distanced patio lunch at the venerable Judge & Jury.

J&J is well-known for its home-cooked pub fare. Looking for some summer cheer, I ordered chicken wings.

Saucy here, not so saucy there. A telltale sign of an inexperienced wing-preparer.

Wings were a bit under-cooked as well.

The nachos (a pound of cheese!) and coconut shrimp were a better reflection of this establishment.

Maybe The Wingophile should lend a hand in the kitchen - after all, I (I mean he) will work for wings.

The Wingophile's Rating - 2 Drummies

PS - a very special shout-out to all of our front-line health workers who have put their lives on the line to help us all during this pandemic.
